Morning everyone this is my second go around with a BB I've marinated it with Italian dressing and my favorite rub for two days I trimmed the fat off this time my first one was kinda greasy
 
Using a Cajun injector electric smoker with Apple n hickory chips at a temp 270
 
Auuurg! Blew a internal fuse everything was working the first hour in now no power gotta wait till daylight to tinker on it guess I'm gonna crackpot it ? Highly disappointed
