Boston butt question

uh oh, i put this 7# BB on at 7 pm last night. it is now close to 5 am and my alarm said it just reached 201. fixin to take off, wrap in alum foil and put in a small ice chest wrapped in towels. my question is we don't eat til 12:30. will it be ok staying there or should i do something else for the 5 hours before we eat..

It will stay hot for 5 hours double wrapped in foil & then wrapped in towels or a blanket.

I agree with Al. If you are pulling you may want to start after 4/4.5 hours and it shoul be about right by then
