Boning Fillet Knife From Walmart

Looking for a decent fillet knife and I know they have them at Walmart in the sporting goods section. Does anyone know if they are decent enough to use in the kitchen? They are only like $15

I use a Rapala brand fillet knife in the kitchen all the time. It came from K-Mart.

Rapala brand is hard to beat for the price. Had mine for many years.

For the price it is pretty good. Keep it sharp and it is as good as any knife.

I have a 6" Rapala Marttiini  it is 30 yrs. old keeps an edge that is scary.

Google Dexter Russel. Check out their basic series, either the fillet or boning knives. Been using for years, easy to sharpen & hold an edge.

I've got a few different ones, as long as you keep it sharp it will just fine
