Boneless Spiral Sliced Ham

Has anyone did a double smoke on a boneless spiral sliced ham ? Was the ham sliced
all the way through out of the package. I have double smoked the spiral sliced ham with
the bone in but was thinking about a boneless one.

I have. I used kitchen twine to hold it together. Also it will cook a lot faster than a bone in ham.

Wow, first I've seen of these. Wish my store carried them. It would take a lot of pressure off with having to slice hams all day. Also curious if it is sliced all the way.

B BigW. A lot of the stores carry them especially this time of the year. I'll buy them and smoke them and freeze a couple. The size of the slice is just about perfect for a sammich.

Thanks for all the replies but I was just in Kroger's and they had the bone in spiral sliced ham for 99 cents a pound so
I just jumped all over that, I actually saved more than I paid for the ham so it has been a great day so far.

Looks like a small ham cut sliced, smoked and glazed. You could do that yourself.
I didn't see a price...

Spiral sliced and bone in hams on sale at our local HEB store today were 87 cents a pound
