i just got a Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast to smoke but ive never done this cut of meat before. des anybody have any recipes or advice for this? wrapped or unwrapped. things like that.
I treat them the same as pork loins and make everything from Canadian bacon to chops. I can pick them up for 99 cents to $1.68 per pound. I've got eight pork sirloins curing in the refrigerator right now for Canadian bacon.
