Made some dinner on the smoker today.  I like to keep it simple: salt, pepper, brown sugar on the ribs; a tsp of chicken stock and 2 tbsp butter in the cored onions; brown sugar and butter in the cored apples; 5.5 hours smoke at 225* with plum wood.  Here's things getting started:
