Bone in Pork tenderloin

    My local albertsons has bone in pork tenderloins for .88 a lb. I bought 3 of them and will buy more. About 12 lbs each.
    Now how to smoke these puppies?

    Thats a great deal.

    I would season and cook at 225 until 140 IT then wrap while resting.

    Then I would cure one.

    Don't know how it will taste but took the temp to 154. They sure look good. They are resting at the moment

    That's a loin, not tenderloin. Completely different cut. Having said that, that's a great price. I would've stocked up as well.

    Yep. Pork loin, ribs in. I misspoke but as you said, worth stocking up

    I have this shot from tonight. Still have about 4 of this size left. May be the best thing I have ever eaten :)
