I haven't seen one in a store around me in forever. I was watching the video Pinto Bean Soup with Beef, https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/cooking-over-open-fire-pinto-bean-and-beef-soup.305675/, and immediately recognized the bone as being from a bone-in chuck roast or 7-bone chuck as they are known. There was a time when they were available everywhere and now I never see them anymore and had almost forgot about them until this video.

Anyone else able to find them?

Yeah, they are available all the time from my local Cub Foods store here in Minnesota. On sale for 3.59/lb and regular 5.99/lb
I can remember the day when Winn Dixie would sell them for 99¢/lb. Times have sure changed.....

Available in every grocer in my town. That’s 4 different locations. Sams club also has them in the next town. Very common.

Never seen one in my parts. food is very region... and to me that is strange

Same here, It's been years since I've seen one around here too. And I remember 69¢/lb. but that was a loooong time ago.

That's my wifes favorite roast and the younger generation hates bones it seems like, we use to add taters carrots onions and slow cook in the oven . Hardly ever see 1 with bones these days
