Last time I was at Trader Joe's, probably couple months ago, I picked up some blue cheese stilton. Man is that stuff good. I'm only using to eat by itself. I making a Blue Salad today and tried to talk myself into using it but the regular blue cheese they have pretty good. I still broke open the blue cheese stilton for a piece to munch on! Traders has pretty good prices on cheese just make sure you vacuum seal right away. Not sure when I going to go that way with all the construction. Last time took almost one hour to get through traffic jam and it was only going from 3 lane to one. The back way is crazy now also from what I heard.
