Not bad, but more like a Ham, Lettuce & Tomato.
I like CB & Melted Cheese on toast better.

Bear

Never done a BLT with Canadian bacon but have used Bear's Buckboard Bacon and I'll tell you, it's probably better than slab bacon. Nothing short of spectacular. Y'all may wanna give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Spreading the word,

I wonder how Canadian bacon would go instead of bacon?
Very good. Different because I slice my CB thicker than the bacon I prefer for BLT. I prefer thinner slice bacon for sandwich. Thick slice bacon for laying across a plate of eggs and hash browns.

Save that CB for an awesome Eggs Benedict.

hey.. bear mentioned grilled cheese and it reminded me of one of my favorite childhood foods - smoked cheddar grilled cheese, on garlic toast.

At my house, we replace the lettuce with bacon. Bacon on the top and bottom, with a nice thick slab of beefsteak tomato in between. Sweet hot mustard on the bread, and a grind of black pepper on the tomato.
Now that's what I'm talking about !

That sounds interesting. Is the mustard a home brew? Or store brand?
