Hey fellow smokers!  Smoking what's legal here.  Just looking for the basic tips for now.  Used to charcoal smoke many moons ago and getting back in the game with an electric smoker.  Not good results so far.  It seems temperature and moisture are different animals in a well sealed smoker.  So, any little tips would be helpful.  My wife and kids need me to produce good results!

You've found a great place to share ideas on all things smoked, cured, grilled, etc. There are plenty of good people here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping one another.
