Man I been eating all day! Griddle Breakfast than some of the best Crawfish I think I have had! Now on to some Chuck Eyes seasoned with Black Hardcore Carnivore! Thanks TNJAKE TNJAKE . zwiller zwiller was right about those Idahoan® Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes. They so good. My Blueberry wine suppose to have about 8 months to go but cant see it lasting till then!

We get them all the time when they put chuck roast on sale which is pretty often. Got to love Texas meat prices!

Wow! Looks incredible! I was just debating a side for my tri tip and you got me convinced with the asparagus, but that meat is the star! Great job!

I LOVE chuck eyes . Those look great Brian .
Nice work .

Yup . One on each side . Had an old school meat cutter that used to put them out . He told me most guys don't take the time to cut them .
He retired and so did the chuck eyes .

Looks like a great feast Brian. Nicely done.

Point for sure
Chris
