BLACK OUT RIBS—WEBER KETTLE

Hello fellow smokers. Its been awhile since I’ve been here, I’ve been dealing with teeth issues. Anyways, here is my smoke…..beef short ribs…injected with Guinness beer….a blackout rub and smoked with hickory wood for 8hrs on the Weber Kettle. Gotta love the Weber. Its all about fire management. Here we go kids:
