Out in the camper and tried a desert focaccia. Berries are epic right now. Now my inclusion distribution sucks, but…. Clearly the better half took the pic. She says more butter on top next time ;). Sourdough starter, mixed berries a bit early and just let it rise overnight. In the oven this am.

I like it . Was it a straight up sourdough bread recipe , or more of a sweet dough with starter ?

It never stays where you put it , especially berries . Looks fine to me .

Thanks!
I did my standard focaccia recipe mix. 80% hydration, 20 grams olive oil in mix after initial autolyse. This was 350g of flour. Around 100g starter.
Only sugar was a bit of sugar (1-1/2 raw sugar packets) cinnamon and flour tossed with the berries, some 1/4” cubed butter also.
Thought about a crumble topping but I wanted to keep it simple. It came out pretty light, definitely want to make sure has doubled in the pan.

I have one I used when I did the sourdough cinnamon bread . I can post it if you're interested .
Absolutely, My cinnamon bread never tastes like cinnamon.
This one was a normal and a chocolate dough with cinnamon in between.

The dough formula is at the start , the filling is farther down . The cut shot is at the end of the loaf . Farther into the middle had more " swirl " to it . Strong cinnamon flavor .

Looks really good. Only issue I see is you made the single serving size. Did you re-warm it to serve or serve room temp? I bet those blueberries would be nice just barely warmed. Mmm mmm.
