Tomorrow, Sunday, we will be bringing our oldest son to College. He is our first to leave the nest. I am happy that he is a healthy, intelligent boy, but we are going to miss him around here. My wife is all teary and I am trying to stay busy and oblivious. Does anyone have a recipe for something smoked with a bitter/sweet taste component? Any type of meat is fine with me and I'm not a fan of sweet and sour, so no Chinese takeout.
