Those look OUTSTANDING! I have both an elk and bison hunt on my bucket list!

The elk flanks were amazing!!!! Dad cooked them up and he liked them too.

Romaine salad with cucumber, celery and red onion as a side.

Now we are enjoying Dirty Dr. Peppers (shot of fireball with dr. Pepper on the rocks, stirred). Very smooth.
