i got talked into doin some pulled pork for a friends bday rubd them down with some dijon, honey, and my rub with a lil extra heat add to it was put behind by heavy rain wanted my fire started by 3am but ended up closer to 6am

still runn 225 230 for about 4hrs now glad it stopped drizzlen wish it was the 83deg like yestetday not the 48deg right now but the smoke must roll on bday girl will accept no subtitute lol just wish i would have picked up some salameats might yet

the it is at 147 150 the smell is maken me very hungry my lil girl just asked ifii this was my half day bbq or my forever cook i said all day she puts her hand on her hip and with a stern voice says it always takes you all day and i have 50million things to do so you better hurry up

mixed up some cowboy beans getting some chiky legs going in a few went to the store no fresh salameatos all frozen :( to bad my go to italian deli wasnt so far away more qview to come
