Doing food for wife's 50th. About 60 people.Pulled pork done a day or 2 early, reheat in elec roaster. Mac n cheese and "wicked" beans. Question: assemble beans and mac n cheese the day before, then toss in the smoker the day of the party. OR, cook beans and mac n cheese the day before then reheat before the party.

I would do them like that . Pre-smoking the meat is a great idea .
People like to see something in the smoker or on the grill . Just my opinion of course .

Best option in my opinion, do which ever one you will have time of the day of the party. I know I've been met with surprise honey do's on party days.

Thx for the replies. I'm probably more concerned with the mac n cheese. Dutch beans are bullet proof, pretty hard to mess them up lol
