Bilton Just About Gone

Only got 14 days then off to Germany. 

Yesterday i went around the resort and gave away 35 lbs of various smoked sausage and 10lbs of smoked cheese. I dont want to have these in the freezer and fridge if we should loose power for a couple days while gone.

I will try to have some things made for the gathering in April.

1 more vac sealed biltong after this one.
