I'm looking to smoke turkey breasts, but all I can find is the 3lb turkey breast roasts...where are those big honkers that all the BBQ places cook?

I buy full breasts that usually run about six pounds. Not sure where you're at but sometimes I have to check a couple of stores to find them.

To my knowledge all the Walmarts carry frozen bone in turkey breasts.

Butterball has some really nice ones & you don't have to brine them.

If you buy a whole turkey, you can remove the breast...  then you have wings and legs and thighs and backs to cook too....  Probably at the same price as the breast alone...

The giant 9 pound boneless breasts restaurants get are 3 to 4 breast lobes bound together with meat glue then form in an oval loaf. Try a resturant distributor. Some sell to the public to move single pieces or partial cases...JJ
