Big thaw Wings and Mac!

We had two days of above freezing weather! Thawed a bit, still have a ton of snow though. Then it froze and we are slated to have 3"-6" of snow today! So its a big icy mess right now.

Fired up the 14.5" high temp style and made some wings. Sous Chef whipped up a batch of no boil Mac N Cheese.

Guys kind of meal!

Our little dog thinks he's a mountain goat.

The thermo on the dome, which is about 25° off was reading 350°. I am going to say temp was in the 325°. KBB and cherry.
