I will, might be a late supper.

I know----I'm late for the Party!!!

3-2-1 for me too!!!  About 240*

Bear

I am running 250 right now.

Will wrapping get the ribs done quicker?

Ahhh, Got ya.

Thanks

No foil! Let them ride!
The last ribs i did I didn't foil just to see how they would be. I really liked them, they were very tender but not fall off the bone mushy. They had a much nicer texture!
These are just my opinions on my first no foil ribs but I will be doing it again!

looks like you might want to go a little longer,    but if you foil be sure to add some apple juice or maybe a Dr Pepper for moisture

I have never foiled ribs.   But these are BIG.

Stay tuned for more pics.

Sometimes I foil, sometimes not!  I like without but everyone else likes when I wrap...gotta keep the crowd happy!

Those are looking good!!!

Can't wait to see the finished product.

Bill

Thanks Bill

The only crowd is me tonight.

I have never foiled ribs, but this is a BIG RACK.

Those look excellent!  Is the skirt still attached to that rack

?  I've never tried cooking it that way.  I'll be interested in seeing how it turns out.

But I hope it is good.

I'm leaning toward letting them ride as well.  Just depends on the pull back and bark ratio... Know what i mean??
