Very, Very nice Dawn! Sorry I missed your thread initially, but I ran into it now, which was right on time! Got 3 butts in myself and was wondering if they should take that long, but I see it took 12 hrs for 2 eight-pounders, so I shouldn't be worried. mine have been in 8 hrs and only in the 150's, and I was starting to wonder....it has been kinda windy today, but I've been running 275 steady.

Nice looking meat you put out there and as always something for the rest of us to strive for. Thanks for sharing, Dawn!
