Best woods for smoking pork shoulders?

Smoking a pork shoulder tomorrow morning and was just curious what the best wood/woods are to use?

I like to use straight hickory. Care must be taken so as to not oversmoke.

However, using the choices provided, I would use apple and hickory.

All are good choices. Hickory you might be careful with, it could get powerful.

I use a combo of Oak and pecan for just about everything. I like the flavor, so I stick with it.
