I've been busier than a one-armed wallpaper hanger the last few days so I haven't sliced the bacon yet..
Yet another usage (if i ever get into doing my own mash).I could weigh grain on that one. I think I need to go ask the wife if I can buy one more thing.
i use that stuff for everything............ I have alot of sweet smoked bacon grease out of it.

I still get some from the butcher counter once in a while, but never in a package again if i can avoid it!That's some fat bacon right there! Store bought....PATOOOOEYYY
There's a Mason jar in our fridge with bacon grease right now. I know how bad it is for you, but a fried egg basted in bacon grease is to die for. Once in a while I think it's OK. My Mom used to make eggs that way all the time.Ohh yeah.. Mom always had a can of bacon grease in the fridge and I still do the same..
