Beginner to smoking

Very excited to begin my new adventures in smoking. Going to start with some basics. Looking for some good recipes for jerkey. Meats of all types, not just beef. We have "Texan Traeger" So it is a multi-purpose unit. Looking forward to being a part of this forum.
