Beginner from the Mitten

Hey everyone, finally got myself a smoker. What i have is a two door masterbuilt propane smoker. I am looking for beginner smoking recipes and meats to try out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome! Congrats on your new smoker. Do yourself a favor and do a search here on "needle valve mod". It will make your smoker perform better than stock.

Get a good digital therm to monitor your out temp and your food temp. The stock therms on most smokers aren't very accurate.
