Hello all! Bought an Oklahoma Joes 3in1 grill with integrated offset smoker last summer. So far smoked 2 slabs of ribs that turned out pretty good. Just trying to learn more tips from everyone. Looking forward to chatting on here to try to master his new hobby! Thanks!
