hi yall,
im Josh from mississippi 29 years old and have been smoking since i was 20ish. I started out using side box smokers from box stores. I built my uds about a year ago (reading and going off a lot of yalls knowledge) now i am starting on a new uds that will electric so wish me luck. yall seem like great people with tons of knowledge on smoking and hope to give help anyway I can.
