I can get oxtail and tongue free from a local processor. The oxtail is on deck next. Can get as many of both that I want. Nobody wants them.

Oxtail is $12.99/lb. here...simply ridiculous. Haven't seen any tongue, but haven't really looked for it...

Me included. I tell the processor to gift the tongue and oxtails to one of the employees who wants them, heart as well. I have a friend that eats liver, so he gets that.
