Beef Stew

Made this to get rid of a seven bone steak
this did not have as many bones

Bones & fat were cooked to render the fat flavor

Steak meat all cubed & floured

Half an onion saute in the fat that was left

Onions are ready add the meat an brown

Tenderizer

Once tender add Carrots,Celery cook 10 min
add the Potatoes

Serve with bread rolls what ever you choose

I was in the mood for Pop Over

Oh man, that's looks great Richie! I love beef stew and pot roast when the weather starts cooling down, and it's finally cooling off here in AZ. Yesterday was the first time since we moved here that I wore shoes and socks with long pants all day. Might be about time to break out the crock pot! Like. RAY
