I use 17mm for sticks.

I use either my LEM 5 lb, Weston 7 lb or either of my water stuffers.

the kit I got used 21mm collegen casings and I used the 10mm stuffing tube on it as the others were too big to fit the accordian casing.

Those came out nice. Do you have a foot switch for your grinder????   I use one on mine because it's usually me by myself doing all the work.

You can also make the snack sticks with no casing at all. They are great. I love using my grinder with a foot switch for stuffing. It always turns out great.

Thats what I use too..., The foot switch it a must especially if you are making it by yourself..  Cabelas carrys the LEM foot switch, will work on any grinder/stuffer.
