Ok going to start my smoker up at around 5 A.M August 27. I am doing a pork butt,beef roast and a bird hope its ok to do my report here and Qview. I will have pics from start to end. I am doing the pork for pulled pork sandwich the beef roast will be pulled and made into a sandwich i call the "juicer" its pulled beef on hard shell french bread and i dip the hole sandwich in my au ju juice. see you all soon with some Qview.
Ok i am here guys sorry for the delay was a crazy night than had a golf tourny the next day i am just getting home...My sandwich i call the juicer was a big hit. I will have the Qview up sunday sorry for the delay. This was my first Qview i no i didn't get all the shots you like to see I will get better the more i do them..
ok here we go first up was the pork butt out of cooler after a over night. Rubbed it down with my rub and ready for the smoker.
next is the beef roast out of cooler and going to get a nice rub down.
ok here is were my pic taking was not so good i for got to take pic of bird and the sandwich i call the juicer. I will get better at this again i am sorry. ok here is a pic 2 hours into the cook things are looking real nice and smell great.
time for some foil the beef roast hit around 175 put some foil on it to bring to 200 for some nice pulled beef
