I like to hang my ribs with bacon hangers sometimes. These got rubbed and smoked for six hours low and slow. 210 to 240 degrees. Sprayed occasionally with a mango nectar concoction. Other than that, no sauce and no foil. I did not remove any fat or membranes. All the membranes and grisly stuff were melted away by the time I took them off. And the mop made a really tasty glaze. Thanks for checkin it out.

Mmmmm.....mmmmmm.....great lookin ribs Keith!!

Sitting here eating a chicken salad sandwich for lunch thinking of how much I wish we had the technology to jump through computer screens.

Man, I'd settle for "scratch-and-sniff"!

Super looking ribs, and I like your professional hanger too.

Those do look great! I'm doing my first Beef ribs on Saturday so I've been taking notes. Did you check the internal temp on them (if possible, that is) or did you just pull them when they looked done?

Just when they looked done.. I guess I went another hour or so after they started pulling away from the bone.

I bet yours turn out great!!

Wow...

Beef ribs are my favorite, and those look spectacular! Nice smoke ring!

The ribs look really really good. Like that hanging method. I saw a show (Triple D) and a guy hung a prime rib whole like that and smoked it.

All-around awesome, point-worthy beef rib thread man. I've been meaning to do some smoked cabrito hung in the smoker.
