It was really yummy and a good change of pace from the stews and casseroles we've been eating this winter.

Thanks for the point Gary. We don't get beef ribs up my way to often. When I saw these on sale I had to jump on them. Currently I still have two more packs all sealed up for later smoke. Pork shots are one of my favorites to eat - pain to make however.
