Beef Ribs on a Hot Day

It is to hot here today to do any work outside but not to hot to sit and watch the smoker work on some yummy beef rides with a beer. I used a base btw rub on one rack and a KC Rib Rub I got down in KC this summer on the other. I am going to compare the KC one with mine and try to modify mine to mirror it a little more closely.

Beef ribs are a real treat

The beef ribs turned out great! I also grilled an onion and some potatoes to go with them. It was super hot out so it was nice to cook outside and not have to heat up the house.
