Beef Ribs and Risotto

Did u brine them? I was at winco today getting wings and thought about getting the beef ribs, didn't tho. I'm going to brine next ones I get

It's my sons favorite meat and he is headed off to scout camp for 2 weeks.... He killed on all the risotto

You know, you feed him like that he may not want to go to scout camp.

My Mom gave me enough extra cash to buy a pair of soft sole moccasins for her. She was a smart lady, she knew it would give me something to do when I ran out of money a couple a days before coming home. It was sorta our thing. When I quit going to summer camp I would still buy the kits from the BSA store and she'd get 'em for Christmas. She got a new pair every year till she passed. She did although graduate from BSA to LL Bean in the later years though.

May have to get you to come show me how to make beef ribs that look that good!
