I'm smoking 8 more butts tonight for a church event so I thew a rack of short ribs on for a snack. Never done em before but they are getting close now.
The butts have been stalled for about 2 hours now but I'm not going to wrap. I'll push through.
Unlike last time, I'm cooking ahead and refrigerating until tomorrow's at 5.
Should I reheat the butts whole or pull it then cool it and reheat pulled?
