Beef ribs and another big cook tonight

I'm smoking 8 more butts tonight for a church event so I thew a rack of short ribs on for a snack. Never done em before but they are getting close now.

The butts have been stalled for about 2 hours now but I'm not going to wrap. I'll push through.

Unlike last time, I'm cooking ahead and refrigerating until tomorrow's at 5.

Should I reheat the butts whole or pull it then cool it and reheat pulled?

I'll post some ring pics when I slice the ribs

Wow! That’s a nice little snack! Looks like things are rolling nicely! I wouldn’t reheat whole. I recommend pulling them tonight. You could wait to put any finishing sauce on until tomorrow to help with moisture.

I agree. Do you have a plan on reheating? If you are doing to serve throwing the pulled meat with your sauce should get some delicious sear, if you are keeping warm in a pit you'll still get a better surface area for coating in sauce. Sounds delicious

Hey all, here are the pork pics.
I pulled it all and panned it. I will reheat in the oven when it gets closer to 4 tonight. I hit it with some rub and mixed it all up. Seems super moist.

Thanks, I certainly hope so. My family just finished the snack.

I think short ribs are my new go to.
Brisket on a stick for sure!
