Angus beef plate ribs from Restaurant Depot
Smoked on Lang 36 with 100% pear wood splits
Dry rub of salt, pepper, onion, garlic and oregano
6+ hours at 275

Those look fantastic. I have a couple feed sacks of pear wood chunks I haven’t used yet.
 
Those look amazing. Supposed to pick up some pear splits tomorrow (along with citrus and cherry) and looking forward to trying them on an upcoming smoke.
