Anyone here smoke a tongue? I love it boiled on tacos, I imagine it would be good on the smoker. Thanks

Hello Ditch.  I haven't smoked any but I think I read a thread on it.  I agree it should be pretty good.  From your title and post I will guess you are from Texas?  How about swinging by Roll Call and introduce yourself so we can give you a proper Howdy.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

After you swing by Roll Call go by nose to tail there are a couple of tongue threads .The pick is by snorkelling girl .
