Beef fore and hind breakdown

Just posted a Wiki on Beef Fore and Hind Breakdown, a series of 6 YouTube videos showing processing a half a steer on the hook.  It doesn't show as much detail as I would like but is a fair representation of how to garner the primal and subprimal cuts from a carcass.
