Just gave me a great idea might have to throw a few on this weekend when I'm doing my other smokes to snack on while I'm throwing back some cold ones

These look great. I'm going to give this a try this weekend. We have a group of 10 adults over so I'm thinking this will be perfect for a small group like that.

Those look FANTASTIC my friend. Glad you only had 2 pics or I'd still be drooling.
I've never done beef ribs--just can't get decent ones around here. But.......I've got half a beef coming my way the end of June. Then there'll be beef ribs in the MES.

Gary and Pete, I was just going thru some beef short rib threads of mine just as a bit of a refresher... Doing some tomorrow. I seen that I missed you both on this old thread. My apologies! I try to respond to everyone that takes the time to drop a line in one of my threads. A VERY belated thanks to you both for dropping a line, the kind words and like. Guess I need to pay better attention.
