I decided to have BBE tonight for dinner. I cooked 1 lb. of 80/20 ground beef, 7 eggs, and and about 1/2 stick of butter. I cooked this at 375 degrees per side for 4 minutes. Look how they turned out:

I left the other "B" out (bacon) because I used an entire pound of ground beef for this cook. Putting BBE in a blender is just wrong BUT it is very tasty.

Yes it is technically BBBE. I do eat that on a daily basis. I have been for the last 13 months.

I also add the additional two B's and a Q on a frequent basis.

What is this mystical creature BBE or BBBE??? Never heard of either one.

Yep, kinda in the dark on that one also 🤔
From THIS website...
"The BBBE Diet, short for Beef, Bacon, Butter, and Eggs Diet, is a special dietary approach that focuses on a select group of foods while minimizing carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables."

It's just an acronym for eating beef, butter, bacon, and eggs. It's easier to write BBBE. This term originated from the Carnivore Diet.

See my reply. The picture is cooked ground beef, eggs, and butter. All ingredients were placed in a blender and mixed until they turned into a batter and then you cook them like pancakes. There are vast videos on the web about this.

I see it now... missed that. Hmm. That is interesting!

All ingredients that I like, but(and please don't take this the wrong way) it doesn't look all that appetizing to me. It's missing something. Maybe a sausage gravy poured over it, or a slice of cheddar cheese melted on top.

Point for sure
Chris

How are your results on carnivore? I've done keto for years. Considering giving carnivore a go for a month or two in the fallcc

I did the no carb thing quite a few years ago. I swear my body started screaming for veggies and fruit...

Green beans, green peppers (jalapeno, poblano, and bell), broccoli, and lettuce. Cauliflower too, but imo that isn't a veggie lol. They kept me from going crazy on keto.

This concoction that OP has posted, man, I'd have gone to town on a pile of it had I known that it existed. I ate a lot of bacon, sausage, and buttery eggs - but never with ground beef and in that form.

I eat some berries and eat lots of green veggies. The carnivore with no veggies or berries would be harder for sure short term

In a typical day, I eat 6 eggs, 1/4 lb of bacon, and 2 lbs of meat per day. The meat varies between beef, pork, and seafood. I may start eating chicken again. I have cheated here and there especially if my wife and go out to eat.

I used to eat an apple, banana, orange, and grapes every morning along with breakfast burritos (home made). Lunch was pretty much eating out daily. Dinner what what ever my wife made.

I haven't had pizza or ChickFilA for 13 months. Those were my weakness.

I have lost 42 pounds to date eating about 3500 calories a day.

YouTube has all kinds of carnivore recipies..
