Bear Family’s Annual New Year’s Dinner

Being Pennsylvania Dutch & Pennsylvania German, we always have pretty much the exact same thing every New Year’s Day Dinner.

This time we used about a 3 pound cutoff of a whole Pork Loin I got for CB. Cooked that in the Crock Pot, adding Sauerkraut to the Pork a couple hours before Dinner. Then some Mashed Taters without gravy, and some homemade Apple Sauce.

It was simple but a Great meal for just the 4 of us.

Thanks for stopping by,

Bear
