Yesterday was my cousins daughter's 13bday. She asked me to do pulled pork so of course I said yes. Two shoulders from the local butcher about 7.5lbs each. On the PitBoss for about 14 hours over night Friday to Saturday. Ended up doing tacos with them.

Turned out pretty ok.

Point for sure

People seemed to like it. I did one with Kinders Cuban and Kinders Chile Verde and one just salt and pepper, have some food allergies in the family. Even today a guy at work polished off a good bit of it. Must have been pretty ok. Not sure how much was left, was chasing the little man around after dinner.

Now that's some looking PP and I'm sure a good time was had by all!
Those rubs sound interesting.
