Next time save a chunk unk and cut it in pieces flour it deep fry it make carnitas..in a flour tortilla with salsa...hell that's eatin ..

Carnitas is my go to meal at our fave Mexican restaurant. We make it every now and again but it is a lot of work haha.

Yea it is try it with smoked pork..omg it's to die for especially with home made corn tortillas....
