BBQ temperature controller & fans .

I have a reverse flow smoker am looking for advice on what kind of kind of temperature controller & fan to add to my smoker. 72gl

I would start by going to BBQGURU website and look at their buyer's guide.
For starters, the size of the fan depends on the size of your smoker, from there it's pretty much a matter of what kind of bells and whistles you want on it.

Pitmaster I Q is another option. I've used it and works great.
