     Great job on the sticks! I also have a Weston 7 pounder. I've never owned another stuffer so I don't know what I'm missing. I do agree with you on the excess meat not pushing through due to the elbow being a pain. I freeze mine for the next batch. I think I'll do up a batch this weekend. You once again have inspired me!
