Smoke Blower
Tried my hand at making some BBQ Poutine on my MES the other night. Made my own cheese curds, fried up some fires on the Blackstone Griddle, added gravy and smoked with maple wood in the MES:

Been to Alberta a number of times. Even had the Poutine, pretty good stuff......I always thought it was a Canadian thing so I'm voting for O CANADA !!!!

I have never had poutin, but it sure looks good!
